Oh, didn't know it would be listed on the window sticker. Just the mobile charger option is listed on mine, not the NACS adapter. Seems I've never seen that on any window sticker however.

It’s not on the window sticker. The free adapter program ended on 9/30 and to be eligible, you had to request one by filling out the form on the connected services page no later than 9/30. Most likely you’re out of luck. I’m sorry!

Also received my replacement shipping email today - Order 1508. I will let more trickle in over the weekend and will update the spreadsheet Sunday. I'll figure out someway to designate replacements.
