Ford service on these recalls/customer programs is absolutely atrocious.

Yes they just did a couple more service recalls. Picked up the truck (live in Battle Ground) at 10 and returned it that afternoon about 3. They answered all my questions via text and were very responsive. I bought the truck used (3k miles) last year. I noticed the coolant was a little low after reading about it here. They referred me to the quick lube line where they topped me off for free. Gave them outstanding reviews both times. Highly recommend.

What color and version is your truck? Are you in Vancouver or out by me?
