FordPass activating.. but connected services pending.

Howdy all,

After a long (agonizing) wait for my 21 (now a 22) lariat, I picked her up yesterday.

Now, it appears it came preloaded with bluecruise, and the dealer claims it does, but it won't drop into handsfree.

After a bit of digging I am seeing that bluecruise is "pending activation" on the connected services page along with nav and Ford stream.

Tried deleting the truck from fordpass and then reactivating it but no dice.

Have a 600 mile drive home tomorrow, would love to try it out.

Any idea how to activate it? Feel lost and Ford support wasn't helpful.

Just an update for everyone, earlier this morning I called Ford and they said they are currently having issues with trucks activating their connected services.

No ETA or further instructions
