Fordpass Activation Issue

Just recently picked up My XLT and ive been having trouble Connecting my Iphone to the FordPass App, i keep getting an Activation Currently unavailable Screen, Is this something y’all have to came across or will i have to take it in to the Dealership.

If anyone else is having this problem, I found that I had to disconnect my phone from Bluetooth and Wireless Car play, then activation works. Afterwards I could turn everything back on. Seems backwards, but it worked.
