I recently lost the lock/unlock functionality on fordpass. Has anyone else experienced this?

The system has been going through some updates lately, some days it's all there, some it's blank like yours and wants to be reactivated. I don't actually reactivate, it will just correct itself once they are done doing "whatever" they are doing on their side.
