Have been unable to activate “Plug and Charge” since buying the truck last month. The Ford Pass App would give the loading circle for a minute or more before “an error occurred, try again later” lol. Called Ford yesterday and, after navigating their infuriating idiotic automaton, was allowed to connect to a real person. She mentioned that this is a know bug fixed in 4.23.4 version … already deployed to Android but still working its way through Apples process.
So if you are having that problem on iOS its apparently resolved when they manage to pass Apple’s AppStore approval for it.
