FordPass Remote Start & Door Lock not showing.

I just got my 2021 F150 XLT today.
I installed the app on my phone, activated on my sync 4 display.
The door unlock and remote start functions do not show at top.
Everything else seems to be fine, including zone lighting.
Any ideas?

Others have complained about this being an issue recently as well.. I believe there is an issue with the 21 trucks that Ford is working on.. Be patient, the next version should update a few things..

My app was working on my ‘21 including the remote start, lock, and unlock and yesterday afternoon it quit working. Nothing on the app is updating now and it keeps saying error.

The app has always been a bit flaky but it's improved a lot since I first started using it in 2017. Probably nothing you can do to fix it, it's likely an issue with their servers/back-end and not your car or phone.

I picked up my truck on Monday. The autostart and lock options finally showed up in the app today.

I had this very same issue. After about a week or so of ownership the features magically appeared in the app. The strange thing is that the remote features were immediately available for the FordPass app on my Apple Watch.

Mine started working again about a hour ago. All functions working as they should.
