Fordpass Rewards Points when did they Post to account

I got absolutely nowhere on this. They held strong to 22k and not giving me the 42k for purchasing the truck. I'd like to add that these were the most rude people I've dealt with at Ford.

Seems others got the 42k for the truck part and 22 to activate on the charging network.

The picture of the FAQ on this thread seems to indicate that.

That's what I thought initially but I don't think you get any points at all for the truck purchase, it's just for activating connected services/Electrify America. ICE trucks get 42k and EVs get 22k+250kWh.

I called and they said it (42k) will typically post in 30 days so I should call back then. I may call back next week.
