This is not true if the front emblem has the camera insert. Please go and check the links you yourself provided and it is clearly labelled as not compatible with 2021. Additionally, I personally had Ford try to install the previous gen front and rear emblems and they didn't know until they installed the front one that it is different.

The grille does have to come off but it’s an easy install.

You might be right but my guess is that it would be the same, but that’s just my guess. So then I think the only option you would have is this, BFN only uses oem parts to paint.

I ordered these overlays in “gloss grey” text and “matte black” background. Price is decent and solid reviews. Can always go full OEM black package emblem replacement if these don’t work out.

I just had my local body shop paint them as well as my grill and fender vents and Powerboost emblems. It was more than $20 but I also think it looks way better than vinyl overlays. $700 for all the work seemed plenty fair.
