I have tried turning off and on, and changing ssid. Still not working. Was working before updates.

Anyone know a way to reboot or reset?

I have tried turning off and on, and changing ssid. Still not working. Was working before updates.

My issue was my truck couldn’t see any external WiFi networks, including reconnecting to my WiFi at my house….I has resolved…..

Anyone know a way to reboot or reset?
Completed the update this morning….now my truck no longer cas “see” any WiFi hotspots, including my home mesh network to which it was previously connected 🤔

Any thoughts or ideas?
Definitely something changed with one pedal driving. Major improvement in my eyes. That being said, still feels a bit clunky when doing stop and go at low speeds (like in a drive thru). Feels like the break pads are sticky or something, really hard to explain...

Not sure what you are trying to say there but none of those are related.
Number 2 is the truck connecting to wifi not devices trying to connect to the trucks wifi.

Number 3 is totally unrelated.

I found a reboot procedure for the Sync 4 system which rebooted it but the Trucks SSID is still not visible. I do have it on to broadcast the SSID.

Sucks I am paying $25 bucks a month for a service I cant use.

Good morning! I would like to take a look at your hotspot concerns on my end. Can you please send us a private message with your VIN and Ford dealer info?

I posted on another thread about my connectivity issues. The tech line twice has recommended a hard reset on the modem which requires (?) a service appointment. Well with that well into October now, if a shop can do it, I may try for that. I have issues in discovering other wifi networks to connect to (not seeing anything). I am assuming the issues are probably related. I suspect that it may have something to do with having another phone connected via the FordPass App. I and my wife both were using my account and had the Fordpass App going. I had my vehicle connectivity features disappear. In both times this happened (we also did a myriad of other things with the tech people) they left me with "need to hard reset the modem". After, I removed the truck from her app. THen uninstalled it on her phone. Removed the truck off of my app. and then reactivated the truck (after doing a "keyswitch" reset: Hold volume down and track skip (right) down on steering whell when car is on for 3 seconds. System restarts. Open driver door. Hit the lock on the door. Close door.). Everything went back to functioning normal. Might be completely different but thought I would share...

So far the only thing I have found to get the Hotspot to work again is to plug the car in and let it charge for like 30minutes then on the next drive it will work. After the car being off for bit the hotspot stops working. If I stop for say a quick minute like at a convient store or something the hotspot will continue to work.
One of the odd things is if I remote start the car and extend the time the 15min when I get back in the truck the hotspot continually restarts, on for 30s off for 30s. Very consistent.

I did try the reset with the volumen down and track skip right, which does not bring the hotspot back online.
