I used a new Marflo clay towel on a full size yesterday, and was curious if there was a good way to clean remove contaminates. Soapy water? APC?
Anyone try cleaning one?

I'm not sure about the towels. I've used standard clay a few times, but after a couple of uses I toss it. I'm not aware of any way to clean them. That is their purpose - they remove the contaminants, but then you toss and start new. Too much just locked in the clay.

Yeah let it soak in just a bucket of water. You can also spray the clay side with some APC in between agitating as well. I treat them like cleaning polishing pads. The new clay towels can absorb a lot before becoming a problem anyway, they are a dream to work with for mechanical decon. I just ceramic coated my Lightning and my wife's CRV and I actually threw mine away after that as my wife's CRV was really gross. Sometimes it's time to move on and take a $30 cut if she's soiled.
