Hi all, Accented Wanderer here,
(TLDR is at the very far down)
I am based in NW Indiana and about 67 miles from Indy. I went to an line-x shop to have them install my 2'' RC Vortex front Coilovers.
Somehow they took all day to do it, claiming that RC sent me the wrong parts (two left coilovers instead of one pair of left and right) and therefore took them 7 hours to get them done. By the time I came out, there is almost no time to get the rears done and I also do not have the proper U-bolt because everything is redesigned.
Since I am from out of town I decided to try my luck right before closing time of the Indy Springs at West Indianapolis. They literally saved my day by taking me right before they close and custom made my new u-bolts. The custom U-Bolts were amazing and in NO WAY i can find them anywhere on the market right now for 2021 F-150 this quick. They saved me another trip to indy from my small town and also made my bad day a lot better. I would totally recommend this business. They saved my day. I have attached specs for U-bolt for 2021 F-150 as below for those who got the same truck. You should get them from here.
TLDR: Indy Springs custom made my U-bolts for 2021 F-150, which has its U-bolt redesigned and none of the previous generation U-bolt would work unless you have max-tow.
The U-bolts (as read from the sheet) specs are: 9/16 thread - 10'' (factory) or 12''(for me, that has a 3'' replacement rear block), inner spacing is 2.75'' (at least it fits for me). The shape is semi-round.
The specs are measured by the staff at the spring shop and I do not claim that they are 100% exact. But it works for me so I just wanted to share it since I cannot find any of those info online.
