Install BedRug with an MX4 already installed?

So in an effort to minimize how much time I have to be out in the cold installing stuff...I'd like to ask if it's possible to install a BedRug with the Bak MX4 already installed. I have the rug coming on Friday, but I'll take the cover off now if it needs to.

Bedrug is a pretty easy install, tucking it up under rail accessories isn't difficult. Ensuring precise placement of the velcro on the upper edges will be a bit more difficult, but precise placement isn't necessary for a good clean install. It is very forgiving stuff.

I put my Bedrug into my 2015 before putting on my cover. I transferred it to my new 2022, but had my cover installed prior to installing it. All went fine. The installation kit I purchased to move it to my 22 had enough extra velcro in it that if I messed a piece up during installation it wouldn't have been an issue. I think I had a few pieces left over from the original 2015 installation also.
