In my previous F150 life (had a 2012 and a 2014) AutoSpring was a very popular leveling kit brand. They are all steel and use an offset design to avoid coil contact with the control arm. I used their kits on both trucks.
I ended up having their 2" spacer put on the front of my 21 but also their block kit for the rear (3/4" lift). I didn't want excessive sag when I hooked up to a trailer.
After the install, I gained a little over 2" in the front (center of fender to ground is now 40") and the rear is about 41 1/2 to the ground. In my opinion the look is perfect. The measurements are with the factory tires.
Zero drivability changes and all of the Lariat features (including auto adj headlights) work as before.
Picked truck up from the dealer yesterday eve and took it this AM to put new tires on it. I went with 275 65 20 Cooper AT3 XLT's. I love the look and the ride.
Speedo was 1 mph fast with the stock tires and with these it is 1 mph slow at 70 mph. So I am not messing with it.
No real noticeable difference in power or handling.
I sold the factory Hankook's to a coworker.
If you are looking at leveling kits- check out AutoSprings website. This is my third truck with their kit and am very satisfied with the quality.
