I was told the FX4 included upgraded shocks and skid plates.
Having a Motofab 1.5" level kit, along with magnaflow dual exhaust installed next week.

Saw a video that showed a 1.5" kit would bring the front end to the exact rear end level....we'll see!

You are correct, the FX4 package includes upgraded front shocks and skid plates. I have it and, unfortunately, it's just as soft feeling as non-FX4. The Roush Fox 2.0 kit is so good, I wish this was the FX4 suspension. The Roush kit is just right, in my opinion.

I'm pretty impressed with the Falcons. Planning to do the same as you but by the time my Truck gets built, Falcon may have the 2021s out.
When is your truck getting built? Or is it awaiting chips?

Had my motofab 2.5 kit installed today. Still has about 1-3/4 rake front to rear. Front measures around 40”, rears around 42”’

I feel so torn on what to do here. I just spoke with fox and falcon. fox said their 2021 f150 kit is aiming for later this year. falcon said beginning of next year.

I want to put new tires and wheels on now, so I can sell the stock ones before they wear. I guess just put a puck in for now?

is ready lift the move here?

I got my fox 2.0 suspension kit. Provides a 2 inch lift front coil over and rear shocks.

I was told this would not work on a 21 by stage 3. Did you come across any issues or have to alter anything ?

The instructions make a note for 2021, you need to adjust them before installing as the geomtetry has changed for 21. If you don’t you will lift the front 2.5 and cause issues. I also confirmed this with their engineering team through email so I’m surprised stage 3 said that.

I ordered the Bilstein 6112 stage 1 kit from stage3 earlier this week, 6112 fronts with 5100 rears but now I'm wondering if I should have gone fox....

no issues at all. I ordered them from stage 3. I saw somewhere that the 15-20 fox 2.0 may need to be rebuilt sooner due to the new specs of the 21’.

I only gained 2” of lift and didn’t follow anything special. I did get the “Ford performance “ tuned version. Not sure if that plays a role.

I have a used, in good condition, readylift 2.25 inch set I can sell you at a good price if interested? I was originally going that route but ended up getting Bilsteins 5100 all around.
how do you like the bilsteins? I've heard they are little more stiff?

I've only installed the rears so far, waiting on a nice set of raptor take offs or a good deal on tires before I install the fronts but I personally love them. They are more stiff than the factory but that's what I wanted and its not rough at all, still absorbs bumps nice and smooth just stiffer. Loved the comfy ride of the stock shocks but couldn't stand the floaty boat like feel when hitting dips, bumps, potholes, etc. With the Bilsteins I can feel the road more now because they're not soft like the stock ones, but it feels more planted and doesn't bounce and float when I hit bumps so its a small trade off. Fronts going on soon so ill be able to give a better review of them after I have all 4 on.
