Are we going to get the booster 3 air? Honestly more interested in that... I bought the booster 2 when I first got my truck but returned it as the whole setup is rather large, and also the fact that my use case for it charging off TT-30 ended up not working with our trucks (which limit 120v to 11-12a, the truck itself will not let us charge faster than that even if the EVSE is set to like 24amps on a TT-30).

I have one of these, bought it on the recommendation of Tom Moloughney's State of Charge video on it. It's a great charger, really well made, and it fits behind the rear drivers side seat back quite nicely. They're pretty damn heavy duty too

I've been thinking of getting one like this with the adjustable rate, but didn't want a generic one off Amazon that will melt. Yours rates well on State of Charge, so I just ordered one off your ebay store. Now I need to sell my 2 Ford mobile chargers which should make the cost almost net zero.
Thats excellent @sstevetx! The eBay BOOSTERs are a great deal if you can get them while they are in stock. Thank you for the vote of confidence. Be sure to post your experience with the BOOSTER 2 once you have some time to put it through it's rounds!

I'm not aware of any plans to bring the booster 3 air to the US. Our parent company has been known to surprise us though.

I'm aware of the 120v limit on the truck itself, thats a bummer it didn't work for your use-case. It sounds like future versions of the Lightning might not have the same limitations. Hopefully that's the case!

We're glad you are happy - thanks for the positive comments!

@Jplus_Mike Also eagerly waiting on the NEMA 14-30! Would really like to get the 33' extension cable between the adapter and the charger which was briefly shown as an upcoming option in spring of 2023. Do you know when that will be available?

As soon as the 14-30 is in our hands we will send an email out to our newsletter subscribers. If you aren't signed up yet, you can do that on our website.

As for the extension cable, I don't have an ETA for production on that. I'll see if I can get some answers and report back here if I get any useful details.

That’s true for a residential breaker but Ford specifically had Webasto modify the mobile EVSE that Ford sells with the LIghtning to operate at the full 30A. The truck is designed to run the ProPower at 30A indefinitely.
My ford mobile charger overheated constantly. My J+ Booster has not had such an issue.
