Perhaps the higher price was due to your area or State.
I hope the install worked out well for you and you’re happy with the results.

Maybe they quoted him for the full leather package because the $1300 range is for the one that only has real(or higher grade)leather on the surfaces that touch your body.

I got a quote last week for a seat install, they quoted me $1595 for an “OEM match” and $1895 I think for something more custom.

Does anyone know what the “OEM match” option on an F-150 would entail exactly? Is it at least perforated inserts like OEM? What color the stitching would be? I responded back to their email with the price asking this and never got a response.

I got the OEM match. The stitching is the same grey that is on the centre console and the middle of the seats are perforated. They look as stock as stock can look. Everything matches the rest of the interior. They called it black perforation combo w/STONE STITCH on my invoice.

Good to know, that’s what I was hoping for. I was afraid the base price would just get all plain black and no perforation and just trying to match the stock on a Lariat would cost even more.

Any others recent leather installs? Just got my XLT sport but looking for leather seats. Live in Texas so hoping there is a dark grey options to go with interior. Black leather with Texas heat is not ideal…

Got my 2021 F150 XLT a couple weeks ago and within the first 5 days I drove 3 hours to get Katzkin leather seats installed. I will say that the cloth seats in the XLTs are the comfiest cloth seats I’ve ever sat on so it was a bit sad that they had to go... but I will say I’m super impressed with the quality and “stock” look to the seats. Not bad for $1680 CAD installed!

Truck is supposed to show up in October.
I assume you went to Calgary for the Katzkin install?

I sorta like the stone grey leather seats.....but I wonder if they grey would be too much contrast in the XLT Sport blackish interior.

I like it too, I think given the trim on the outside is dark grey it blends in a bit nicer even with the light grey

Once the truck gets here Ill have a better idea.
Havent sat in an XLT Sport for months so cant even remember the door panel colors etc

These would probably be my two favorites. Dark or the light grey. All black leather in Texas is not ideal

I see, I would have thought yours were the top pic given the lighter shade of grey but I do see the suede wings on yours now

They are lighter than I thought they would be. I wish they were as dark as they look on the website but I am happy with how they turned out. They go with the interior really well.
