Just got my new Pro Lightning and looking for a product(OEM or aftermarket) to install for stepping into the truck. Has anyone compiled a list of options? Thank you very much...

Best option, in my opinion, find some OEM take offs from eBay from ICE F-150's from 2021 or 2022.

The Lightning specific ones include lights which will take Forscan to activate (maybe, depending on the packages you bought with your truck), but the larger issue is the build quality. The Lightning specific running boards have had widespread reports of delaminating in various weather conditions.

I bought take offs from eBay for under $200, high quality, look OEM, and easy to install.

Something like this: https://www.ebay.com/itm/275187006084

Thank you very much!! Those look great and I like how thin they are... Did they take any fabrication to make them fit or were they just a simple "bolt 'em in" job? Appreciate the wisdom!

Bolt in, took less than 45 minutes to install. Your truck has the necessary mounting points (bolts) already in place.

There may be a few surface scrapes/scratches on them as they are take offs...but that will happen within the first few weeks of installing brand new ones anyway.

Sure. This will also give you an idea how far past the OEM mudflaps they hang in case you were worried about aerodynamics. I, specifically, got the 6" OEM take offs.

Agree here, I did the same thing. Mounted my own lights on the underside.

Thanks, that setup looks great!!! So you ordered those mudflaps through Ford? Do you have a part number for them? I would love to get those also....

I regret not ordering the Tailgate Step when I ordered my truck. Anybody has any recommendation for an affordable Tailgate Bed Step besides the expensive Amp Research ($300+)?

I couldn't find anymore pics of those mudflaps on the truck from a distance to see how they are in the overall look... any chance you could share a few? From the front and rear 45 degree angle? Thanks again and I'm LOVING my Lightning!!!
