As promised, here is the update… The dealer came back and guaranteed me there would not be additional dealer fees or markups (except the $2500 I already knew about) While I didn’t get a contract, at least I have it in writing.

Judging by the data thats being collected, the average is 10 to 20 days between Blend and Built. However delivery is all over the place... from 5 days to under 30.
