That GWM has been sent twice to your truck, and both times the OTA failed because the truck did not ping the server back to accept the OTA. Right now, it shows your modem is not authorized on the network which means your truck is not talking to the cloud. If you live in an area with no cellular data, this will affect your ability to get updates OTA. Wifi is not required or used for 99% of Ford OTA updates. Your truck is was exported to Costa Rica and your modem is provisioned for the United States. I assume Ford does not support OTA's in that country, so this will continue to happen. The only way you will be able to update your truck is by investing the tools needed to do it yourself.
