Truck will not keep OTA Updates enabled

I am running Product "640" and set my OTA up for "automatic" updates. But when I go to use my truck and check updates - the Automatic update is turned off. I know people have said it could be weeks before any updates are available - but why is the truck appearing/turning off automatic update settings?

Sorry in advance for sounding "frustrated " but really would like the latest, "safest" software in my Truck.

Make sure the truck is started, and you wait a good minute before checking this.

Exactly as Rick stated. Last week I was just taking a peek at my updates status / switch, immediately after starting the truck I jumped to that menu option and was surprised that it was off, but within a few seconds later the screen refreshed and then it showed ON without me touching anything.
