Post OTA Update - Jumbled Text and CarPlay Doesn't Display

A few weeks ago, when starting my truck, the head unit popped up and said an update had failed.
Ever since then the screen shows garbled junk.
Examples...
1. When playing an FM station, the RDS data is all jumbled up (see pic).
2. When going to CarPlay, the screen never switches and remains blank (see pic).
3. Most menus are all ghosted like the test is sitting over top of the buttons.

Functionally you can hear stuff. Otherwise, the head unit is now mostly useless.

I have tried resetting it. But nothing has helped.

Does anyone have any thoughts?

have u tried the physical hard reset? its like seek up/forward and power for sync 3, idk the exact combo with sync 4. also try changing the language to something else and back. otherwise u gotta manually usb reinstall the sync update
