This looks like your auto software update schedule. I have this one too in a separate file from the software update status.

I have that same block after my fuseResponse in that response, which has 1 entry. I see in his case, fuseResponse is 'null', meaning no data.

From this block:
"latestStatus":{"aggregateStatus":"success","detailedStatus":"OTAM_S1010","dateTimestamp":"2023-01-24T23:33:11.493+00:00"}

It is saying that the update for 4.1.1 was successful on 1-24 at 11pm (GMT).

Has anyone used any of this data to ask the Ford OTA team for assistance? What was their response?

I bolded the parts that stood out to me. Not sure if these are accurate because I have no indications on my screen or Ford app that a software update even was attempted.

I have the best luck with Edge and you have to look through the items after you filter for the one that starts with: "displayOTAStatusReport"

Mine is stuck for three days at "aggregateStatus":"artifact_retrieval_in_progress" even though I have it plugged in, trickle charged the 12V battery and have it on my home WiFi. My recurring update schedule is daily at midnight.

Not sure what else to do to kick it off.

Just received a new update this afternoon. Went from 4.1.1 straight to 4.1.3. Weird because I had 4.1.2 pending just a couple of days ago.

Code:
{
    "displayOTAStatusReport": "UserAllowed",
    "ccsStatus": {
        "ccsConnectivity": "On",
        "ccsVehicleData": "On"
    },
    "error": null,
    "fuseResponse": {
        "fuseResponseList": [
            {

This one adds YouTube, NBC and a couple of new games. Release notes also mentions improvements to CarPlay but don't specifically say what was improved.

"groupText": "For F-150® LARIAT and Platinum: Video Streaming: Charging your vehicle is about to get way more entertaining. That’s because you can now watch video streaming services on your SYNC® 4A Technology screen. Follow what’s happening in the world, catch up on your favorite TV shows, check out a how-to, laugh at silly videos … however you prefer to pass the time while in Park. No judgment here. All you need is a Ford Streaming Connected Service plan or Wi-Fi connection to let the entertainment begin. Available in US Only. Game On: Bridge Battle is a strategy game played between two players or the computer. To win, you must create a bridge from one of your sides to the other before your opponent does. And, if you like puzzles, you’ll love Parking Lot. The objective of this game is to find a pathway to get your hero car out of a busy lot. Wi-Fi From Wherever: This convenient Ford Power-Up software update allows you to connect to public Wi-Fi hotspots through SYNC® from virtually anywhere. So, whether you’re sitting in a restaurant’s parking lot enjoying a lunch break or waiting outside a retail store or coffee shop, you will be able to connect to public Wi-Fi through your SYNC screen. Then it’s just a matter of being redirected to accept any terms and conditions and voilà — you’re online. Take advantage of this feature so you can download software updates fast, get seamless access to popular news and entertainment platforms and more, right on your in-vehicle screen. For all F-150® Lightning® trucks: Easy listening improvements have also been made to make using the Apple CarPlay® App easy. And come on, who doesn’t want to hear some awesome tunes or a favorite podcast while driving?"

No idea what the General Failure means but it sounds like it will keep trying. Let us know if you contact the OTA team for help and their response. I posted their phone number on the original post.
