2024 F150 Lightning Flash
I purchased my 2024 Flash back in July. As the weather has been getting colder in my area, I have seen the pictured error messages show up. Yesterday was particularly cold and I actually noticed there is condensation on the inside of the windshield between the glass and the windshield camera (see picture). Unfortunately, since the issue is temperate and moisture dependent, it will be hard to duplicate with the dealership. The error does clear up if I can get the cabin de-humidified, but it truly is annoying. I had a 2023 XLT ER last year and driven in the same conditions without this problem.

Is there supposed to be a complete seal between the glass and the camera module or is there something else wrong or I need to be doing? Should I take it to the dealership? Thanks in advance for any assistance!

Just a follow-up question on this: does anyone know if the front windshield camera is supposed to be hermetically sealed against the glass or is air allowed to freely move in and out of the camera lens area?
