A nice nuance in the OP's video is that (thanks to the nimble Lightning's quickness) there are two observing witnesses to the event, including the attempt at a getaway... both witnesses can be heard talking on the Lightning dash cam video while establishing and verifying the offending driver's license plate. Two witnesses is always a positive thing in these situations.
