To @Ford Motor Company and anyone else who may be able to help...
My Lariat has been at my dealer's collision center for just over a month (since mid-December). I bumped into a pole at a EVgo charging station some time ago - my fault (wasn't used to one pedal driving yet). It dented the front bumper, damaged one of the front sensors, and broke the shutter assembly. The new bumper and sensor are ready for install but the collision center is STILL waiting for the shutter assembly with no current ETA on its arrival.
Anyone know of a way to find and/or expedite the process to get the assembly to the collision center? I can't keep driving a rental car indefinitely.
