SmartchargeNY and Con Edison

New York has a utility incentive through SmartchargeNY and Con Edison (utility provider). The program worked from August through mid November and then Ford Pass started blocking the 3rd party tracking software. Ford support and SmartchargeNY have been unhelpful in resolving this. The discount is pretty significant (.10 a KW) along with other incentives. Anyone else’s havering this issue in NY or with their utility provider?

I have the same issues with the Mass (National Grid) version of the same program.

Only real solution is to buy a compatible EVSE and let them sample the data from it instead of the truck.

I bought the Tesla universal charger before this issue came up and unfortunately SmartchargeNY can't communicate with that either. Was trying to avoid buying another $600 level 2 charger, but it will end up paying for itself in 6 months with the incentives.
