Completely understandable. He's probably feeling a mix of pissed off for being raked over the coals and happiness over a new toy.

If I find myself in his situation, though, I'd be in contact with our state's Attorney General.

Yup, DCH is known as the Auto Group to charge ADM even on a Honda Fit, or add their BS protection packages.

On the bright side, if he wants to sell his Lightning, he’s make that $3k back plus a lot more.

Now others here in SoCal can start moving their reservations.

Congrats to your brother! Ford really has their hands tied with this dealer BS, they need to grow a pair and just complete all transactions online with home delivery.
