First time truck buyer, hopefully my F150 will arrive in May. When it arrives i am going to install a Tonneau Cover. i am thinking to go with soft cover because it is lighter and cheaper than hard folding. Note sure which brand/cover to go with so i am open for suggestions. So basically looking for something that:

1. Doesn't look cheap
2. Doesn't wobble/make noise at freeway speeds
3. Vinyl stretches or color don't fade overtime
4. Water/snowproof

Truxedo Lo Pro. Lifetime warranty.
This.

I picked up mine from the other F150 Forum from Kyle @ Truck Alterations. Send him a PM.
Easy install (if you have clamps!), low-profile, it 'stretches' for a nice tight fit. The cover is water resistant, but the truck bed has other gaps to deal with.

The waves in the one pic aren’t there anymore. That was straight out of the box.

OEM Ford cover. I had one on my Michigan driven 2014 for 6 years, 120,000 miles and never had an issue. Never faded or rattled. Plus, when your truck comes in you can use your Ford Pass points towards the purchase.
FYI, all soft roll tonneau covers leak a little.

I had the Truxedo Lo Pro on my 17 and now my 21 has it. No issues with either. Plus lifetime warranty.

I recommend TRUXEDO Lo Pro. It's my Third one...
Installs easily and quick...
It fits BETWEEN the rails... It rolls up in seconds... It rolls back in seconds...

I highly recommend the TorzaTop premiere. I had it on my '18 and it transferred to the '21 perfectly. It's a basic tri-fold, but it's held up amazingly well, and I like that the canvas-like fabric gives it a bit of an 'upgraded' look vs. most soft tonneaus. I like that it:

1. Is easily removed if you need the bed fully uncovered
2. Keeps the bed bone-dry from rain/snow/ice (even drive-thru car washes)
3. Doesn't produce any noticeable 'flapping' or other noise when driving
4. Stays taut enough to prevent (well, minimize I guess) rain puddles
5. Has a sturdy enough surface to lay tools or other stuff on without worrying about ripping or tearing

Over 3+ years of use, my only complaint is that the clamp handles no longer tuck tightly into the slots (this is for when you're folding down to 1/3 to keep the handles flat)... I've gotten pretty good at timing my "quick flip" and keeping them in, but there are times I do need to walk around and tuck them in by hand.

Had one on my 16 and currently have an X15 on my 18 but will be going back to a Lo Pro for the 21. The snow does not slide off of the X15 canvas very well and sometimes freezes on there.

Is this Truxedo Lo pro? The material looks like fabric.

I think i will go with either Truxedo Lo Pro or the Ford OEM soft tonneau cover. Most of you recommend Truxedo Lo Pro but it is almost $500, a little on the expensive side for a soft tonneau. I might go with Ford Oem tonneau since i can use $200 worth ford pass points towards the purchase but i would have to see the cover in person first for the looks and reliability.

Regards,
If you ask Bakflip themselves they will say no. There is a little bit of changes that they have done, apparently the older ones like yours will fit the 2021's but not perfectly, the length is a little bit different from what I can tell.
