Some observations after a week of ownership

Thanks for that tip, @Maquis. Not much spare room in my garage, I'll be needing those cameras!

edit: And then I saw the reply from @Firestop. It will sure be nice if they just turn on during my approach.

They do turn on at the very end. I, too, have tight quarters with only 18 inches spare room between closed door and front wall. As I'm getting close to the front wall, the cameras switch on and the prox sensors beep.

Interesting approach….I test drove a Lariat Lightning recently…the 360 deg cameras automatically came on when the proximity sensors came on when I was conducting/testing various parking scenarios. The salesman was surprised and we didn’t have the time to sort through the settings menu…I just need to reread the manual…or wait until mine arrives

MME does the same with the 360 cameras. I prefer to also have the backup camera on when garaging - it provides much more precise locating. I control the final stop based on distance from the garage door.
