I'm debating on getting an OEM package from Ford vs aftermarket. OEM comes with the 18" rims that came on the XLT standard. The rims below are for aftermarket. Both come with X-Ice SUV 275/65/18.

The total price difference is about $500. Just wondering if the rims posted below would work. The offset, bolt pattern, hub size, and width are all pretty much identical to my 20" OEM except this is 18". As well as what people here would do in this situation. I'd imagine the OEM have better aerodynamics to some degree, but I have no idea. My question to you guys would be would your rather spend more for 18" OEM vs save a bit a get "Replikas". Thanks in advance.

Specs wise that looks good. Not sure if that was available when I was shopping early this year or I might have grabbed it. Ended up with Fast wheels (Storm II) with a little less offset, also from PMC. Bit higher weight rating though those Replika ones do meet the 2400 lb requirement.

PMC is pretty good for service. If you're worried about fitment, I think they can send you one bare wheel to test fit, then you ship it back and they will assemble the package.

I went with a used OEM 18" ford wheel off a FX4 Lariat, 18x7.5, 44 offset, load limit of 2025# per wheel (8100# total) - Paid $459 shipped off of eBay + $560 for powder coating locally. I'm not worried about the lower load limit since I don't haul anything.

I feel it should be fine - though I can't see that specific rim on the site when selecting a Lightning.

They have great customer service if you want to call them though.

I've got my last three sets of tires and rims through them and they've been great each time. Personally with the Lightning I went with the RTX FD-02 with VikingContacts and they looks awesome.
