Squeaking sound 2022 Lightning Lariat ER

Here is a video/audio:
22K miles, just bought her. It has Method wheels with Falken tires, 3" lift. Squeaks quite a bit, this is probably the loudest it gets. Intermittent. I'm guessing this is not the issue addressed by TSB 22 2395. I don't think it's dry bushings. My guess is it's coming from the wheel(s).

Anyone experience this? thanks.

my factory wheels were only torqued to 115-125 and made some clicking sounds. I torqued them to spec and went away.
