Hi guys - my Lightning was received at Ramp 51 on Feb 20th. Is this bad? Or is it ready to be shipped?

Staging area for shipping, hopefully the convoy or local hauler will be picking it up soon for the cross town ride to the dealership/lease company.

Ramp 51 never fails to frustrate - same thing happened with my 2024 Mustang. Just sat.

My ETA moved from Feb 11-17 to Feb 13-19 but no status change lol. Not sure what this means.

That means the ride to your dealer is delayed by logistics comings & goings at the staging point, at some point it'll get loaded & delivered to the dealer, so close in distance, yet so far in time!!
