Tow Technology Package AND Co-Pilot 360 2.0

Can anyone explain why I cannot add Tow Technology Package with Co-Pilot 360 2.0 which comes standard on my ordered XLT312? It's not like they cannot do it because it is available on the Platinum. When I try to add the Tow Tech Package it removes Co-Pilot 360 2.0. Does not make sense to me.

this is just a weird quark w/ the configurator. Ford system has weird conflicts sometimes.

If it comes standard in the Equipment Group, you cannot remove it (even if the configurator says so).

I wish the dealer agreed, but says that is not the case, how do I find the truth?

The way I understand Ford's system is that if you select a Package, you get everything in that package whether you like it or not.

Having the "XLT (312A)" package selected in your order form, gives you everything within it.

Example, say you don't want the 9.6kW power, but just want 2.4kW you cannot do that, you would need to downgrade to 311A.

Another quark, if you select tow-tech package, you loose the "Reverse Sensing System" ... but it's not lost, that's standard on all trims (Truck cannot be built w/o it).
