congrats. I should have gone Powerstroke instead of PowerBoost. Got sucked in by numbers and generator. Your mileage tells the story vs my 5.5 mpg towing 9,750 lbs.

Yeah man, as soon as I read that it was paired with an ecoboost, my first thought was that “it won’t get its EPA numbers”. For commutes and towing efficiency, Powerstroke was the way to go.

The timing of this engine going out of production is a damn shame. I pull about the same weight and I'm getting mighty sick of 7 miles per gallon.

Yeah man. I keep reading about how the “power boost is efficient towing choice” but it’s horrible while towing.
