I bought a utility trailer, set up size, etc., and saved and drove with it on for a couple of hours. The trailer is saved in the truck as I can see it on screen and turn on / off whatever. I have to take a trip were I will need to charge not at home. When I go to plan a trip in the ford pass app and hit the trailer button, I do not see my saved trailer. Any thoughts?

This has been an issue with my truck the past 18 months {since new}, sometimes the truck forgets to pass up the trailer profile(s) to Fordpass and what you're experiencing is what I have had in the past.

I had a trip plan to the drag strip, but it's been a while since I needed to use it, I just took a look at it, and as you point out my FP account has forgotten the details of the previous trailer data, likely from numerous OTA's over the fall & winter as well as a service update and disconnect of the 12v LVB.

To make use of the route plan I had to click continue without trailer, then in the route plan settings, select the only option of CARGO, then save the revised but useless plan for the time being, I won't be hauling to the track until April / May when it opens

Start building a fresh trip plan with cargo in cabin/bed only.

Then connect your trailer to the truck, make sure the towing profile is active.

Then view & edit the previously built trip plan, adjust the settings and see if you can select a trailer profile now, then proceed to recalculate the route for potential charging stops.

Save the revise route plan and send it to the truck.

I hooked up this morning after breakfast run, the profile I had previously stored is still available and I can make it active, but it's not visible in Fordpass, even after plugging in the seven pin harness, I tried tweaking a setting and seeing if that would cause it to be visible, no dice.

I created another profile named "Test" set the parameters, saved it and then was able to see it in Fordpass, but I could not select it for a route plan, I need to tow with this new profile for several miles to allow the truck to baseline the load and performance impact, once that is completed it should be selectable.

I'll rename the new profile as "New Racer" and delete the compromised profile.
