Took my truck in today for this TSB. They did a frunk CSP that I didn't know about and claimed there were no updates available in oasis for my truck related to the TSB. I asked if they were saying my modules were already at a higher level? Said no, but no updates available in oasis? 😡

Took my truck in today for this TSB. They did a frunk CSP that I didn't know about and claimed there were no updates available in oasis for my truck related to the TSB. I asked if they were saying my modules were already at a higher level? Said no, but no updates available in oasis? 😡
They did the frunk one on mine as well. No idea whether mine showed up in Oasis. They just did it. It took two days.

Car Play wasn't working properly in my Lightning and my dealer performed TSB 25-2105. I have no idea what that addressed other than Car Play, but it took an entire day for the software to update. I know that some icons on the big screen are different but I don't know what else changed. Does anyone know exactly what is covered in this Service Bulletin?

BTW, my service advisor didn't know anything other than the Car Play problem

I tried to get the dealer to update knowing I would need to pay the diagnostic fee. But I said no after they told me it would take 5 days to diagnose 😂 smh...... I mean, Im telling you CarPlay is hit or miss with sound, I am telling you there is a TSB out.......Why 5 days to diagnose? WTF......

As F150ROD mentioned, it was erratic at best. Sometimes it worked (messages connected and came through and sometimes not ... mostly not.) My main complaint was navigation. I like to use Google Maps and play the voice directions through CarPlay. But it would work for a few minutes and then it just stopped. According to my service rep, that fix was included in the update. I also mentioned when I dropped it off that I had not received any OTA updates since August of 2024. She told me when I picked it up that there had been no over the air updates for my VIN in that time period.

How can you check if all modules were updated? Only change I can notice is user preferences reset and an error comes up “lane centering unavailable” when I enable blue cruise
For me, I could tell because all the missing features became available. Not sure how else to check without FORScan.
I've got some time left on my Ford Service Info subscription. If you send me your VIN, I should be able to look up the list of available module updates for your truck.

It’s pathetic. I wish they would have moved forward with the EV Ford Dealers and then maybe they would have adjusted to EV expectations.

I thought that might happen, but the dealers beat Farley down and put that idea back in the box. The dealers want nothing to happen with their model of screw the customer.

As much as I'm a Musk disciple, if he would remove himself form the lime light in all ways and Tesla made a normal looking truck, Ford wouldn't have a chance. There are a lot of if's in there though that won't ever happen.
