I got my truck in mid-December and now have over 13,000 miles. I have had the tires rotated 2 times in that length of time. The outside of all the tires are wearing so poorly they have reached the wear bars and farther! Friday, the dealer is taking my truck in to take a look at it. I feel something not right with the alignment when I turn right. I understand that this may be an alignment issue.
Now, in all honesty, the road I drive daily absolutely eats tires. It is a 14 mile journey, one way, to work and consists of 2 mountains and a bazillion turns.
My buddy that is pretty in tune with this kinda stuff says they will replace the tires due to fear of a lawsuit if I were to wreck due to hydroplaning or such. So, I have a few questions for everyone:
1. Has anyone else had an issue?
2. Will the dealer replace the tires?
3. Can I request a different tire if so?

Thanks for reading and let me know what you think!
P.S. The dealership is also looking at my truck for a hard 3-4 shift Friday.

What tires are they? I have the Hankook on my truck and have already had 2 tires replaced trying to adress vibration at 75-80 mph. I’m fairly convinced these tires are just hot garbage… curious if that’s what you have as well?

yes, that's the tires I have and also a vibration at speeds above 78ish. I might see if they'll give me nitto terra grapplers

I had the Hankooks on my 2018, never rotated them during the 3 years I had it, no uneven wear, lots of thread left when it sold. Have the same tire on the 21 and no problems, have run it for miles on the freeway at 90, nice and smooth.

glad your experience has been good... mine has been pretty terrible. I'm planning on shucking them for LT at some point but didnt expect the crap ride quality in the meantime.
