We have had our 2022 PRO for 3 weeks. He had 5100 miles when we purchased him.
Anyway on the 4th of August, while out on a drive we got a warning that our Pre Collision Assist was not available. I opened my Ford Pass App and 3 other alerts were that as well. Two were "Restraint Indicator Lamp Warnings" , and another was "Powertrain Malfunction/Reduced Power". We pulled over, turned off the vehicle, let him reset, then we proceeded to turn him on and all was good! Til last night................(the 12th of August)
Last night on our ride, the same thing happened. We did the same thing, it worked for a bit, then the warnings came back on. This morning I took him to pick up groceries and on my way home, the warnings came back. Anyway, we went through this maybe 3-4 times.
We have disconnected the 12V, reconnected it. Cleaned the window good. (we do not have adapted cruise or the radar deal behind the grill). Nothing is working. I guess we call the dealership tomorrow. Needless to say, I am not a happy camper. This is ridiculous! We have owned Ford trucks for MANY years, and waited two years to get our hands on this PRO. Not at all what we were hoping for, we have never regretted purchasing a Ford til now.
I do know that this topic has been discussed, I was hoping for any new news on this issue.
Thanks for taking the time to read this. I will keep you updated.
