Curious to know what are the highest millage lightnings on this forum

I am at 61000 miles 98300KM

so far so good, I'm at a crossroads trade if I can (maybe not possible for me in canada with tariffs) or keep running which I would love to do if I think I can beyond warranty of batt

Why would you think that it couldn't go beyond the battery warranty? Do you feel the same way about when a ICE powertrain warranty is up?

Do you know what your battery degradation percentage is?

I understand what you are saying but ice you can fix any issue or even replace a motor for reasonable price but the battery which I admit I have no idea what its cost to replace is but that is the only fear of keeping beyond the warranty. I have heard some pretty huge numbers from tesla owners but maybe fords battery is much cheaper.

He literally said "or keep running which I would love to do if I think I can beyond warranty of batt". All I did was ask why he thinks he won't be able to run it beyond the battery warranty. I asked about his battery degradation to see if it's really bad or something. Why is that bad to ask?

also I have no equipment to tell me the state of the battery but I can go by daily max exhaustion of the battery and I seem to get same miles I always have from what I can tell.

104,000 Toyota and Lexus customers for 2022 to 2023 year vehicles are having their engines replaced, I wouldn't put ICE powertrains as an example. Seems that 2024 and now 2025 Tundra engines are exhibiting the same failures as well, so basically every Toyota Tundra engine from 2022 to (soon to be today) will be replaced.

When it comes down to money, you are better off running it until it dies. You are not going to get much for it for the same reason that you want to get rid of it. Let's say you have to spend 25k on a new battery. It's still cheaper than paying for a new truck.

I don't think Engine or Transmission swaps are that cheap now a days either. Plus a lot of moving parts in an ICE truck to go wrong.

You can get some inexpensive OBD connectors that will tell you the state of your battery. People smarter than we can put you on the right path for that. But that is where I would start. By the sounds of it (you are getting near the same range as always) it sounds like your battery is in great shape.

have one those Tacoma's with 240,000 km on the 4 banger still cannot kill it.

BUT this was not the intent of this question, I am curious about peoples experience with high millage lightnings like maybe 90,000 miles or more

Confirmed, Toyota quality has shit the bed! They are replacing EVERY engine in Tundra!!!

Back to your question, is 90k high milage??

I remember a poster here a year or so (?) ago who was approaching the 100k threshold. Two drivers driving a Lightning transported pets across the country, as it is difficult to fly them. My search hasn't found that post, but I suspect they are 200k+ by now if still operating. Anyone remember that post?

Got you... Not looking for immediate advice... Just looking to see how far people have gone on there original batteries. Would also be interesting to know if someone paid to replace their battery, not under warranty, just from use. But I doubt anyone reached that point. Heard a lot of teslas are over 300k Miles on their original battery.

Yes I have heard of teslas with high mileage on OG batt, well hoping my great experience thus far continues, I will note I do very little hi amp dc charging, almost all at home at 32 amps 7kwh
