Yea, I've spoken to him in PMs before. He got 4.2.1.1 on 2/28 and 4.2.1.2 on 3/1. Ford started pushing the 4.x.x series of OTA's to vehicles across several platforms recently. @16cards not sure if Fordpass notified you or not, but you did receive two updates recently.

I did the 2 updates. Appears to be connectivity related and preparing for future updates?

So if I’m concerned with getting updates faster my best bet is to drive the truck more often because it checks for updates when started, not when sitting. Thanks!

if you are concerned - get the interface and an appropriate license to fdrs (2 day, annual, etc) and do them yourself.

great info on the topic and several guys are more than helpful. ( I was having trouble with an install and one of the guys let me know the ford server was down)

If a mongoose were cheaper I absolutely would do it. It’s a big expense for something that should happen faster on its own.

Or I could just stay off this forum and YouTube. Then I wouldn’t know what I was missing! LOL
