Looks like we are just under $2,200 apart and you have Xplan and got the $2,500 private cash offer so that makes sense.

I did not know the Flash could/did come with all terrain tires....pretty cool.
What is the MSRP of the truck you’re looking at? If you have neither X plan or the private cash offer your numbers are likely better than mine if they are the same MSRP. Mine has the max tow and pro power onboard and AT tires for $2450 more, but no $500 charger most of them come with. X plan takes $2800 off MSRP for me, so that would even out the differences if your truck doesn’t have max tow/pro power 9.6 kW.

MSRP is $71, 185.

The dealer is folding in the 'at home' charger credit. Does come with the $500 mobile power cord. The sticker says '8550# GVWR' package, but not sure that is the tow package. Nothing explicit that calls out tow or pro power 9.6kw. Being naive, what does the 9.6kw get you?

With an MSRP of $71,185, the truck most likely has only the spray in bed liner and mobile power cord as options.

@StevenC56 is probably spot on. With X plan my purchase price is just under $70K on a truck that stickers for $72,600.

The max tow gets some minor cooling improvements for towing 10,000 pounds rather than 7700 as standard. The pro power 9.6 adds the 30 amp 220V circuit to the bed to power your home or other things that require lots of electricity. I’m in the planning phase of starting a business where I would need to tow up to 10000 pounds regularly (but short distances <50 miles) and there is a distinct possibility I’d need to run a welder remotely. Based on calculations the extended range battery is capable of running my welder for about 19 hours straight. Typical welding jobs involve minutes of trigger time. Makes me realize how much power is really in these batteries.
