When did Instrument Panel Charge level & Speedometer change from blue to white w stripes? and other design questions!

Did not find any reference to the colors changing in the manual for the different drive modes...did you find it? I see now Tow/Haul (light blue) and Off-Road (burnt orange) also have different colors for the power and speedometer gauges. Normal (dark blue) & Sport (white).
