That would be a very bad situation as those of us with Lightnings may find ourselves up a creek without a paddle. What happens in 4 or 5 years if you have a critical failure? Can you get parts or are you going to have to junk a perfectly good truck with lots of years left on it because parts are out of production and there just aren't enough in the junkyard to source used ones?I'm guessing Jim Farley is fired this year and the Lightning dies with him. No NACS and probably no 2026 Lightning.
I opted for the 10 Year Extended Warranty, but what happens if they just can't fix it?
