Winchester "Bonnell Ford" Dealership experience?

Hello!
I purchased my Lighting in NH but don't want to take it there for service. I got the customer satisfaction program update notice that I'm sure a lot of us did and thought it might be a good opportunity to try out a dealership for service thats close to me. Has anyone had good or bad experiences at Bonnell Ford in Winchester MA? Thanks!

I've been buying -- and servicing -- vehicles at Bonnell since 1992. Great dealership that's been owned and operated by the same family for 99 years! Two of the service writers are Bonnell's. I got my 2022 ER Lariat there in June 2022.
