Looks like Ford shut this down. It let me go through the entire process -- including the $0.00 charge to my credit card -- but then gave an error message, "Unable to process your request."

I'd call on that if it's presenting you with the option. Screen shot it and see if they can push it through.

Same thing here. Refreshed the connected services page and it's not attributed. No confirmation email either.
Mine did go through the payment and web confirmation though. Just the account did not update with the change, and it's not letting me add the complimentary extension again.

Signed up for both my vehicles, even though we might turn our Mach-E back in with the Options plan and get a new one. I won't believe this is real and not a "glitch" on the Ford side until it actually works for someone.

Thanks for posting this and to the Reddit person. I just checked and I only had the option to get an additional year of BC for $0. So, I tried it and now it says my BC will renew after my trial period ends. I have 23 Lariat.
