I finally figured out how to get my truck to play YouTube

How bad is your audio/video sync? My is about 2 seconds off with CarsStream. It seems about the same wireless or wired.

If you desire a full Android AI environment on your 12" screen then you want is a CarPlay AI. It works with Sync 4 in the MME so it should work in the F150.

Well I just ordered one of these MMB Android CarPlay AI Boxs. One of the marketing photos on their site show a 2021 F150. Should be good to go. It's a bit spendy, but I like trying out new tech. I wish ford would give us access to the full 12in not just the standard 8in section for CarPlay and Android Auto.

I believe so, or use the truck hotspot.
