Is there a way I can pick what I can have in the screen to the right on the 12” display? I would like to have trip information there. I have seen on videos where this is an option, but it is not on mine. Can I change this? I have pro power on bard in my ”cards“ but not trip. Thanks.

I have a similar question for my Powerboost. The only options for the smaller screen on the right on mine are nav, power pro, eco metrics, audio, and zone lighting. I’d like to show fuel economy/mileage, which I’ve seen on other trucks’ screenshots, but I don’t know how to configure this.

Interesting. I have both trip info and fuel economy as options on my side display. I do NOT have the pro power though... Perhaps there's some mutual exclusive display capabilities?

I have all of the above and am able to drag Ford's Nav from the left to the smaller right screen. Actually, dragging back and forth can be done with all the small windows on the right. This must be a customization/configuration buried in the set-up tab.

I'm in the same boat and posted the same question a few weeks ago. I've scoured the menus and haven't found anything unfortunately. I've seen multiple videos where people have the option of 8-9 cards on the side screen. Mine only has 5.

My dealership has a "Sync" expert that we are invited to schedule a full walkthrough with for training. I hadn't done this but figured it wouldn't hurt to call and ask this question!

She didn't know offhand but said she will research and find out. She called back an hour later and said she got lucky and they had a hybrid on lot being prepped in the fleet area. She said it had the same 5 cards I mentioned (zone, audio, nav, propower, eco metrics). Then she said she checked a Lariat non-propower. It indeed had the fuel economy and trip cards. And she didn't see a way to add more "cards".

Don't know if this helps but at least it does show consistency...
