Pairing TPMS Sensors For New Wheels / Tires ?

I just found out the new wheels and tires are supposed to be delivered tomorrow so I placed an Amazon order for the tool posted above. Amazon says I'll have the tool Saturday so I will post my experience once I make the change this weekend.

I bought mine off customwheeloffset. Unsure if they do something but I didn't have to do anything special, just mounted up and the truck detected it. I didn't give them a VIN or anything, but they did have the make and model so it's possible they programmed it before shipping.

I went back through my order history to find the tool I used. I can confirm this works on my truck with the Motorcraft tpms sensors.

FWIW put my new wheels and tires on today and the truck synced to the new TPMS' without me doing anything

Mine did the same, I installed factory wheels and sensors off of a 2019 F150, with my snow tires mounted.

^^^This^^^ As long as the new sensors are 315mhz the truck should see them at the very least after a few miles driving, no tool needed.

Ahh makes sense and explains why mine worked. I have since returned the tool having not needed it.
