So I came here and was about to post about tpms/yaw things when I found this thread.I was told Job2 '22 F150s come with the yaw sensor from the factory? The combination TPMS/camera/yaw sensor kit, ML3Z-1A189-E is now an option in the '22 order guide.
I believe my truck is a Job2 22, because it was built between Oct and dec. It also only came with stickers. My trailer however doesn’t have a lot of room for the stickers and frankly I’d rather be hard wired. So I bought the kit. Yaw sensor has a whopping 4 wires populated and the connector on the truck appears to have a lot more than that but I have not looked underneath yet, just inside.
So I’m trying to figure out where to get the tpms setup (hopefully for less than $500+) and wondering if I’ll have to somehow add the pins into the yaw sensor connector and all that. I don’t really need the trailer camera as I already have a furrion vison setup that works fine. And I’d rather not have to run wires for the camera anyway.
